sounds much like a swollen prostate.. i have that, they put me on avodart.. big change in a couple of days..Its very expensive, but it works

Go to the doctor—he could also be holding urine in his bladder (retention), which could be a real problem…

But has he been taking any kind of supplements? Like diet or protein? I was taking some health supplements and they caused me to have a similar reaction. Except when i did get to the bathroom to go, i would have to push, and it was uncomfortable while going. Once I stopped the supplements everything went back to normal.
